Design & Construction Training - Lehigh Valley

In cooperation with the Accessibility Services Division of United Spinal Association, FHCSP is offering a three hour course designed to provide architects, code officials, developers, engineers and other Fair Housing stakeholders with an overview of the 7 design and construction requirements of the Fair Housing Act. The course will also review the technical requirements for ICC ANSI A117.1 – 2003 Type B dwelling units (a safe harbor for Fair Housing Act compliance) and the scoping for Type B units as found in Chapter 11 of the PA Uniform Construction Code. This FREE training will take place on August 2nd, 2012 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Lehigh Valley Holiday Inn Conference Center in Breinigsville, PA.

United Spinal Association is a registered provider of continuing education for code officials and will provide Certificates of Attendance for the training. In addition, members of American Institute of Architects will receive 3 AIA/CES learning units applicable towards health, safety, and welfare (HSW) credit for their attendance at this program.
