Please join the Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia for the first in a series of Landlord & Property Manager webinars designed for housing professionals who have previously received fair housing training and want to stay informed on the latest developments in fair housing risk management. The first webinar, Regional and National Fair Housing Trends, will focus on developing housing discrimination issues and strategies to avoid policies and practices that could be construed as discriminatory. The training will highlight regional and national fair housing cases on the following topics: service animals, accommodations, modifications, wheelchairs & scooters, occupancy policies, online advertising, tenant screening, agent representation and the application process.
