Please join Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia for an upcoming Landlord & Property Manager webinar designed for housing professionals who have previously received fair housing training and want to stay informed on the latest developments in fair housing risk management. The September training, Accommodations & Modifications for Tenants with Disabilities, will focus on the different types of barriers that tenants with disabilities may encounter and strategies landlords should use when responding to and negotiating accommodation and modification requests. The training will cover disability as defined under the Fair Housing Act, documentation requests, privacy issues, service animals and real life examples of both reasonable and unreasonable requests.
